How it works?
When is time to move to a new place, everyone starts to freaking out about the end of lease. What is the best company? Who can do in this short notice? Will the Real state give my bond back?
We can guarantee our service to you, everything in the house will be sparkling clean and looking like new as before. In addition, if the real state complains about the cleaning service, we give you a free visit after job. The visit must to be within the first 24h after the job is carried out.
Most of the checklists consist in this list below, but are not limited to:
Kitchen – All cupboards cleaned: inside and out; surfaces swept, floors mopped and sanitized; sinks and tap shining; windows and glasses/mirrors shining. Oven, deep cleaned inside/outside.
Bathrooms – NO MOULD AT ALL. Clean and disinfect all floors and surfaces; clean all tiles, toilets, baths, showers, sinks, and shower doors or screens; windows and glasses/mirrors shining.
Bedrooms – Vacuum/mop all floors; windows and glasses/mirrors shining; dust and clean all sills, ledges, skirting, and frames; clean all cupboards/wardrobes; wipe doors.
Living Areas – Vacuum/mop/wash all floors; windows and glasses/mirrors shining.; clean inside windows; wipe down all frames, skirting and fixtures; clean and sanitize all other surfaces; remove cobwebs.
Hallways and Entrances – Vacuum/mop all floors;
ALSO: All the walls need to look perfect*, so make sure you didn’t damage the wall before the service of cleaning. We don’t deep clean carpets.

*The real state check list belong to many different companies. Check yours. We can’t have responsibility about requirements from your real state without orientation. *Walls will be cleaned but any damage for living at the unit is owner/ tenant’s responsibility.
